The new 2021 Mitsubishi L200 will arrive with three engine options. The base engine is a turbodiesel 2.4-liter MIVEC unit with four cylinders. This mill is capable of producing up to 180 HP and 320 lb-ft of torque.The second choice is another turbodiesel engine. A 2.5-liter drivetrain returns 176 HP, while the gasoline 2.4-liter engine burst 140 HP. All three engines are available with a 6-speed gearbox and with an all-wheel-drive setup.
Fuel Economy and Towing Capacity
Fuel economy is now better thanks to an all-aluminum MIVEC’s diesel engine. With the 2.4-liter engine that burst 140 HP, the 2021 L200 comes with the fuel economy of 32 mpg. As a result, towing capacity is increased to 6800 pounds. The new model also comes with Hill Assist system and plenty of features to make towing easier.

The upcoming 2021 Mitsubishi L200, or “Triton” will cost around $33,500.
